Cancellation Policy

Some items available in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or “Try Before You Buy” purchase. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of orders.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription plan and delivery frequency you selected.

Your payment information will be stored securely. You will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to prepay. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it at any time.

You can modify or cancel your subscription whenever you like. Your order confirmation emails include links that allow you to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or will be available soon.

At checkout, we may either:

Not charge you immediately,
Charge a partial deposit, or
Securely store your payment method and charge the full remaining balance once your order is ready to ship.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once your pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a full or partial refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase an item through our “Try Before You Buy” program, we will authorize your payment method before your order is fulfilled.

You will have a specified trial period to decide whether you would like to keep the item. If you do not return it before the trial period ends, the full purchase amount will automatically be charged to your payment method.
